Our drone is registered with the FAA, and we carry commercial general liability and drone-specific liability insurance through Lockton Affinity and the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). When a property is located in controlled airspace, such as areas near JBLM or Tacoma Narrows Airport, we obtain the required LAANC airspace authorization before takeoff.

Do you offer land surveying or property line mapping? No. We specialize strictly in visual marketing media for real estate listings, commercial properties, and business promotion. We do not provide legal land surveys, engineering maps, or boundary line certifications.

What is the turnaround time for aerial photos? We deliver aerial images within 36 hours of completing the flight. If you book aerial photos as an add-on to a standard interior shoot, they arrive together in your completed listing media kit.

What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day? Drone flights require safe wind levels, clear visibility, and dry conditions. If South Sound rain or high winds make flying unsafe, we will notify you right away, complete any interior work as planned, and reschedule the aerial flight for the next clear weather window at no extra fee.
