Booking And Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website, booking form, or direct communication. Scheduled appointments are confirmed once agreed upon by both parties. Property access must be provided at the scheduled time to avoid delays or additional fees.

Cancellations And Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling, particularly for drone or exterior shoots, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing And Payment

Usage Rights And Licensing

All delivered media is licensed to the client for marketing and promotional use related to the listed property. This includes MLS, personal websites, social media, and printed marketing materials. Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for unrelated properties without written permission.

Copyright

Comerford Real Media retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use media for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Drone Services

Drone photography and videography are subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and safety considerations. If drone services cannot be completed due to restrictions or unsafe conditions, alternative options or rescheduling will be discussed.

Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready at the scheduled shoot time. Additional time required due to unprepared properties may result in additional fees.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for photography is within 24 hours of the shoot, often the same day. Video and specialized services may require additional editing time. Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope.

Comerford Real Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or media. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
